The site is located at Parc de la Pointe-Merry, which is a section of the larger Parc de la Baie de Magog.
Parc de la Pointe-Merry sits on the shore of Lake Magog, with a magnificent view of the mountains.
PARKING AND DIRECTIONS
We of course encourage carpooling!
Parking is accessible and plentiful along and around the festival site.
First head to Parc de la Pointe-Merry following GPS directions to find a spot in the paid parking that borders the site (Zone Pointe-Merry parking).
If you can’t find one at the Pointe-Merry, other designated parking lots as well as street parking nearby are plentiful.
The two parking lots closest to the site are those of Zone Cabana and Zone Du Moulin.

TOURISM
The festival site is surrounded by activities offered by the City of Magog that you can enjoy; beach, skatepark, nature walking trails, bike paths, and much more.

ACCESSIBILITY
The site is suitable for movement and use by people with reduced mobility.
The very popular Baie-de-Magog and Pointe-Merry areas offer paved trails and accessible amenities (parking, washrooms, lookouts).

COMFORT
Temperature – Warm summer evenings at the festival are wonderfully cooled thanks to the lake’s location. To better enjoy comfort in the evening, bringing an extra layer can be a good addition, or else you keep warm in the heat of the action of the shows, with dancing!
Seating – The park has scattered picnic tables, and we set up additional picnic tables in the festival zone. For more options, bring your lawn chairs!
FOOD/MERCHANDISE PURCHASES
The festival’s caterers and exhibitors normally offer all payment options. Cash is also accepted.
PETS
Leashed dogs are now permitted throughout Baie-de-Magog Park.
The following exceptions apply:
- Volleyball courts
- Children’s playgrounds
- Beaches (except for the designated dog-friendly area at Cantons Beach)

About the Festival
Since 2017, the Caribbean Arts and Culture Exhibition Committee (CEACC) has become an important force in promoting culture in the Estrie region, particularly in Magog. With a focus on fostering intercultural understanding and combating racism, the organization works to create spaces that encourage dialogue between communities and celebrate the richness of diverse cultures.
Each year, the CEACC organizes a three-day outdoor festival and a month-long indoor group exhibition. These events bring together people from different backgrounds to connect, share meaningful experiences, and discover Caribbean arts and culture in a spirit of openness and mutual respect.
The festival brings together Québécois, Caribbean, Indigenous, African, European, and many other communities with the goal of strengthening social cohesion and breaking down prejudice.
The founder of the CEACC, Thésalus Pierre-Étienne, originally from the Caribbean and a resident of Quebec for more than 50 years, has dedicated himself to supporting the integration of culturally diverse communities. Through his commitment, he showcases artists and their work by providing opportunities to exhibit and promote their creations while fostering dialogue, understanding, and meaningful connections between communities.
